Conwin's 16 inch x 16 inch, 17.5-pound, white, base plates are powder-coated with an industrial paint finish. These  base plates feature a rigging point for attaching archline and a convenient carrying handle that holds 2 base plates and 2 risers. The carrying handle allows the user to transport up to 4 plates at a time (using 2 sets). These bases are ideal for on-the-job decorating. The removable riser fits standard 1/2 inch electrical conduit and easily screws and unscrews to the connector on the base plates. The riser is 1/2 inch x 8 inch.
