UPS Ground Map for Chicago

All orders ship UPS Ground, unless otherwise stated in your order.
We ship same-day, when your order is placed before noon on Monday through Friday.
Expect a call or e-mail, if there are any "shortages" or "out of stocks" on your order.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Brody’s has been recycling for many years. Here are some things we do every day:

We reuse “good” boxes (sometimes more than twice); so, if your order arrives in a box from Nordstrom’s, now you’ll know why.
Our waste disposal company is able to recycle 90% of our trash which is mostly cardboard.
We are happiest, when we can email you an invoice or any document. Also, whenever possible, we will not print a copy of your order, but work from the digital file.
Our current catalogs are always easy to find and view online, so you don’t have to look around for your copy all the time.

Returns: All returns are subject to approval & must have a receipt showing the price paid. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted. Items must be in unopened original packaging. Please call or email for return authorization. Customer pays shipping for returns.
