- All parts are clearly labeled. Lay out the pieces, in order, by numbers, and then snap-click the frame together.
- This frame includes a pair of refillable vinyl base weights, and 2 metal flanges. When the base weights are filled with water, they weigh 20 pounds!
It's possible to decorate this frame as shown - balloons are not included in the frame kit.
Use black balloons to make a mouse, bear, or other great frame to celebrate 1st birthdays and all special occasions. This shape frame is perfect for sports rallies when the mascot is a bear, lion, or cub. We recommend using 9 inch latex balloons inflated to 7 1/2 inches. There are no plastic pieces in the frame! With a little care, it will assemble over and over!
Use at least 18"x18"x1" plywood squares for the base plates - not included.
