This new, white, PLASTIC balloon stand is easy to assemble to 4 feet. Use it to make quick columns and arches. Remember to use aluminum rod or flexible tubing to complete an arch. Fill the base with water for more stability. For even more weight, fill the base with sand and add water. The base has a press-fit plug. Make sure the plug faces up when in use. Use this base over and over again! The sectioned plastic pole presses together. There is a stake for outdoor use and 10 clips to help assemble columns quickly. Tape all connection points. Boxed with instructions for assembly.
