Use with a full cylinder to transfer gas to an empty or smaller cylinder.
It only fills to highest possible EQUALIZED pressure. For example: if cylinder A has 2400psi and cylinder B has zero psi, both cylinders will equalize at 1200psi. A Transfiller is generally used to fill a smaller cylinder.
