These vinyl bases are 10-pounds when full!! Use with a FLANGE for a leave behind column base. The FLANGE and pole are sold separately.
First, put the flange (sold separately) on the floor. Cover the flange with the cardboard disc that is included in the kit. Then put the Pour-A-Base on the cardboard disc. Fill the Pour-A-Base with water and close the valve. Insert your pole into the flange and screw it tight. Start building your column or arch....Easy!
